The TST-48SD-18-N-DS Super Deluxe Sandwich/Salad Mega Top Unit from turbo air is a dual cabinet prep table with a cold bunker accessible from both sides. This unit features 15 cu. ft. of refrigerated space in its cabinets. Each cabinet has a stainless steel shelf to make organizing items easy while LED internal lighting makes it simple to locate everything quickly. The cold bunker features dual-sided insulated lids and has space for 18 ⅙-size pans that are 4” deep. The cold bunker is kept nice and cool with forced-air that moves air evenly under, over, and all around the pans to keep everything as fresh as possible.
Both sides of this prep table feature a high-density polyethylene cutting board that runs the full length of the unit providing plenty of space for working on salads or sandwiches.
To keep the refrigeration system running efficiently without added labor, Turbo Air integrated their patented self-cleaning condenser. This system uses a rotating brush that removes dust from the condenser to keep it completely free-flowing.
This prep table uses a ¼ HP compressor utilizing environmentally friendly R-290 refrigerant and is configured to use standard 115v/60/1-ph electrical power at 4.4 amps. Installation is made easy with 4” swivel casters that make it easy to move into place and the included 9-foot power cable allows for flexibility.
