Chefs can sear steaks on the charbroiler, sauté in pans, and bake in the ovens at the same time. This consolidated footprint streamlines line workflow in high-volume kitchens.
Powered by 292,000 BTU, the unit features a standing pilot and battery spark ignition for the ovens. Standard grates support steady pan work, while each oven includes three racks to stage multiple batches. A 22.5-inch flue riser with shelf keeps tools and trays within reach. Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf plus 6-inch adjustable legs simplify cleaning and leveling.
