Maintain appetizing texture and temperature with a top-mounted forced-air heating system and an adjustable thermostat from 90°F to 190°F. The insulated, stainless steel cabinet preserves heat between service rushes, ideal for banquets, trayline meal delivery, or staging à la carte tickets ahead of plating.
Dial in workflow using slides set on 4-1/2″ centers that adjust in 1-1/2″ increments to fit changing pan loads. A flush-mounted door and (4) 2″ swivel casters promote smooth maneuvering through prep areas and service lanes.
