Description

Designed with quality and affordability in mind, Hobart’s new centerline undercounter dishwasher is durable, easy to use, and saves energy! The CUL-1 includes two dishracks and two selectable cycles. One cycle is standard for 2 minutes but there are optional extended cycles. It washes 24 racks per hour and uses a mere .84 gallons of water per rack! It has a top-mounted user interface with a digital temperature display and a Sense-a-Temp that ensures a 180°F final rise. It has a soft start and automatic fill. The service diagnostics come with convenient error notifications.

The CUL-1 undercounter dishwasher comes with a snap-in, revolving upper and lower anti-clogging wash and rinse arm. It has a low profile, single-arm design. Its integrated booster heater is capable of 70°F rise. It comes standard with the necessary chemical pumps, one for detergent and one for rinse aid. The dishwasher is made of stainless steel, ideal for commercial kitchen environments.
