Work sauté on the front star/sauté burner and hold sauces on the rear non-clog burner beneath standard grates for efficient station flow.
Cook on the flat-top while the standard oven handles baking or roasting with battery spark ignition and an included rack. A cabinet base keeps pans and tools within reach, and the 22-1/2″ flue riser with shelf adds plating or pan staging space.
Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf support heavy use and daily cleaning over durable 6″ adjustable legs. Standing pilot lighting and 191,000 BTU total output keep the line moving through rush periods.
