The Turbo Air TPR-67SD-N helps chefs and operators streamline make-line service with a two-section, 20.0 cu. ft. pizza prep table built for consistent performance. A stainless steel top with a refrigeration pan rail holds the included (9) condiment pans, while a 19-1/4″ deep removable cutting board provides ample prep space for large pies. The front-breathing, side-mount, self-contained system and self-cleaning condenser device help maintain efficient operation during peak hours. Ingredients stay protected and cold under the insulated pan cover, and the stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized back and bottom support daily use. Two doors with recessed handles open to (4) stainless steel shelves and an ABS door liner for organized storage.
