The Manitowoc IYT0420W is a water cooled commercial modular ice machine head that produces up to 490 lb of half cube ice every 24 hours, for operations that cannot afford to run dry. As a modular head it stacks onto whichever Manitowoc storage bin or ice dispenser fits your space, so you size production and storage independently to your peak.

Half-dice cube chills fast and displaces well in a glass, the workhorse format for soft drinks, mixed beverages, and high-throughput dispensing.

This is the water-cooled model, which carries condenser heat away through a water line instead of into the room, the right pick for hot kitchens or tight, enclosed spaces that lack the clearance an air-cooled unit needs, with the tradeoff of added water use.
