The FermZilla 30L All Rounder is a versatile pressure-rated fermenter that allows you to ferment, carbonate, and serve all from one vessel. Rated for pressures up to 2.4 Bar (34.8 PSI), it is constructed from high-strength, clear PET, providing a window into the fermentation process. Its smooth internal surface and large opening make it incredibly easy to clean. Perfect for standard 5-gallon batches with plenty of headspace.
Fermentation Pro-Tip: To ferment under pressure, you will need the FermZilla Pressure Kit (FE135). Fermenting at 10-15 PSI significantly reduces ester production, allowing you to produce clean lager-style beers at higher temperatures. Always vent pressure through the PRV before opening the lid.
