Adjust up to 1″ slice thickness for consistent portions. A removable built-in sharpener with aluminum assembly maintains a keen edge, while the removable carriage with safety hand guard streamlines cleaning. Permanent blade rim and inner blade guards add protection without slowing workflow.
Performance components include self-lubricating bushings and bearings, a chromed steel shaft, and a fan-cooled motor with overload protection. The rotary on/off switch with indicator light provides clear, intuitive control.
