Technician’s Note: The double joint allow the operator to position the water stream exactly where needed across wide prep tables. Periodically check the spout swivel nuts for tightness and ensures the O-rings are lubricated with food-grade silicone grease to maintain smooth movement. During installation, ensures the mounting shanks are anchored firmly beneath the deck to prevents manifold movement under the leverage of the spout.
