Use the Winco SPJH-106PF Full Size Perforated Steam Pan, 6″ Deep in your hotel buffet, cafeteria or restaurant to steam, thaw and drain. With its perforated structure, this steam pan allows excess liquid and condensation to drain out while its narrow outer rim makes it easy to lift and carry.

Manufactured from 22 gauge, 18/8 stainless steel, this steam pan is exceptionally durable and will not rust, warp or dent over time. In addition, it has an anti-jam design that prevents it from getting stuck inside other pans when it is stored.
