Streamline slow roasting, braising, and overnight holding with the FWE LCH-1826-7-G2 mobile cook and hold cabinet. Designed for high-volume kitchens, it cooks up to 350°F, then automatically transitions to gentle holding up to 190°F to protect yield and presentation.
Load up to seven 18″ x 26″ pans or fourteen 14″ x 18″ pans on fixed racks spaced 3″ on-center. Low air circulation pairs with a temperature probe and dual-cycle, automatic controls to deliver consistent results without constant tending.
The insulated, stainless steel cabinet rolls on 5″ casters—two rigid and two swivel with brakes—for flexible positioning on the line or in the prep area. A flush-mounted door, LED display, and removable drip tray simplify operation and cleanup in busy foodservice workflows.
