Description
The Lancer 4-Way Manifold is the central fluid distribution component responsible for splitting a primary syrup or water line into 4 independent circuits. Featuring a 3/8″ inlet and (4) 1/4″ barb outlets, it ensures equal pressure distribution to multiple dispensing heads from a single supply pump.
Problem Solved: Ensures equal pressure distribution and stops leaks in the high-pressure core of the beverage unit. Replaces manifolds with stress cracks or corroded ports that cause pressure drops and ‘flat’ tasting beverages.
Symptoms of Failure: Persistent dripping inside the dispenser cabinet, syrup pooling at the base of the valves, or a noticeable drop in flow rate when multiple valves are fired at once.
Technician’s Note: Inspect the manifold for hairline stress cracks. Plastic manifolds can crack if subject to freeze-ups or excessive vibration. Use stepless Oetiker clamps on all ports to maintain an airtight seal at 60+ PSI.Technical Specifications:
