The refrigerated countertop section has eight 1/6 pans with fresh ingredients nice and cool while additional items can be stored in the reach-in section and dual drawers that offer a total of 16.02 cu. ft. of space.
Sandwich ingredients and condiments are kept nice and cool and easily accessed under a stainless steel lid and hood assembly. The extended cutting board is 17” deep providing more than enough room to work on sandwiches or prep ingredients. The cutting board is held in place but easy to remove for cleaning.
The drawers feature slides with a locking mechanism to prevent them from being pulled out of the cabinet accidentally. Stainless steel frames are used to support the telescoping drawer slides for effortless access to ingredients. The temperature inside the drawers is constantly maintained between 36º and 38ºF ideal for keeping food for as long as possible.
The refrigeration system installed at the bottom of this refrigerated counter uses environmentally-friendly R290 refrigerant which is hydrocarbon-based. An efficient ⅓ HP compressor providing 1549 BTU/hr of cooling makes sure everything stays nice and cool. For convenience, this unit has an automatic defrost system which is non-electric.
This unit is configured to use standard 115v/60/1-ph power and comes with an eight-foot power cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug set.
