Description
The KegLand Sanke to Ball Lock Adapter allows you to convert any standard commercial Sanke keg (D-system, S-system, etc.) into a ball lock compatible vessel. By removing the standard spear and using this 2″ Tri-Clamp tapping head, you can use your existing homebrew ball lock disconnects to serve from or ferment in commercial kegs. This provides a professional, high-pressure alternative to standard carboys and simplifies the transfer process in a home brewery.
Technician’s Pro-Tip: To install, you must first safely remove the internal snap-ring and spear from your commercial keg (ensure the keg is fully depressurized first!). The adapter secures with a standard 2″ TC clamp and gasket. Use a Low2™ O-ring for the best oxygen barrier. This tapping head is ideal for “closed transfers” and serving high-carbonation beverages.
