The Indigo NXT™ Series ice maker is cube-style, air-cooled, and self-contained, measuring 30″W x 24.5″D x 26.5″H. It produces up to 775 lb per 24 hours at 70°/50°, with 674 lb AHRI certified at 90°/70°, and delivers consistent dice size cubes.
The easyTouch display includes 13 different language options, a date/time stamp display, and an automatic reminder/alert icon. Operators get one touch asset information, automatic detection of accessories, continuous operating status, and programmable production by time, weight, or day/night.
One touch cleaning with displayed instructions and Alpha-San anti-microbial protection support routine care and hygiene. An acoustical ice sensing probe and self-diagnostic technology monitor performance, while the DuraTech™ exterior and R290 refrigerant are standard. The unit is NSF, cULus, CE, and ENERGY STAR®.
