The FermZilla Replacement Flat Lid is the OEM standard for FermZilla Conical and All-Rounder fermenters. This high-strength lid is designed for non-pressurized fermentation or for use when height clearance is limited. It features a central port for an airlock or blow-off tube and includes a food-grade silicone O-ring to ensure an airtight seal. Constructed from reinforced, chemical-resistant nylon for long-term durability in the brewery.
Fermentation Pro-Tip: To ensure a 100% seal, apply a thin layer of food-grade silicone grease (Keg Lube) to the O-ring before threading the lid on. Hand-tighten the lid only—excessive force can deform the gasket. This lid is compatible with standard airlocks and #10 rubber stoppers.
