The Lancer Washer Carb Test is a high-pressure elastomer seal designed for the carbonator diagnostic port. It ensures a 100% gastight connection when using carbonation measurement tools, preventing CO2 loss and allowing for accurate volume measurement of the finished beverage.

Symptoms of Failure: Audible gas leaks during carbonation testing, inability to reach stable diagnostic pressure, or visible pitting/compression on the existing washer face.
Technician’s Note: Never reuse a carb test washer that has been compressed flat. A spent washer will not provide the high-pressure seal required for accurate carbonation volume testing. Lube with a tiny dab of Petrol-Gel before each use.Technical Specifications:
