What it Solves: Corrects the issue of inconsistent beverage quality and ‘foamy pours’ in high-volume environments. The LEV valves provide a zero-drift mechanical trigger, while the cold plate ensures Serving temperatures stay at the point of peak CO2 absorption.
Symptoms of Failure: Beverages served warm during peak surges, refrigeration deck failing to build an ice bank, or excessive ice melt indicating insulation or drainage failure.
