The Groen DH-80A is an 80-gallon gas tilting kettle engineered to elevate high-volume production while protecting product quality. Its 2/3 steam jacket with a 316 stainless steel liner delivers even, dependable heating for large batches of soups, sauces, chili, and stocks. A smooth crank tilt and floor-mounted control console supports help staff portion safely and keep service lines moving.

IPX6 water-rated Advanced controls with a bright digital display simplify repeatable results. Operators can set a 1-minute to 10-hour timer and choose low (2) or high (7) preset intensities, or switch to manual for fine adjustments during simmering, poaching, or reduction work.

Fueled by 150,000 BTU with electronic ignition, this kettle is built for daily reliability and efficient throughput. A 50 PSI jacket rating, cCSAus and NSF compliance, and Made in USA construction support tough kitchen environments from 0–2000′ elevation.
