This Cadco CPG-10 Sandwich/Panini Grill is a healthy, convenient-to-use way to grill, press, and cook food for your customers. Its top plate is ribbed, while its bottom plate is left smooth. This provides greater cooking flexibility while keeping the classic grilled-pressed appearance. The grilling area is 9-7/8″ x 9-7/8″, giving your employees ample space to cook a variety of items. It uses an adjustable thermostat capable of reaching temperatures up to 700°F. Its convenient power light lets employees know when the Panini Grill is still in use. This CPG-10 comes with a pull-out grease tray, cleaning scraper, and brass wool.
