This Cadco CMLB-CSG Buffet Warming Cabinet comes with everything needed to run an efficient buffet operation. It has a large 28″ x 14″ stainless top warming surface and a lower cabinet which can be used as a food or plate warmer. Its two variable controls keep temperatures safely within 155° to 205°F. Its two half-size steam pans hold over 30 four ounce servings, while its one third-size steam pan holds over 20 four ounce servings. This CMLB-CSG has a stainless steel finish, a clear polycarbonate sneeze guard, and four non-skid feet.
