Stage sauces, sear proteins, and rapidly bring stocks to a boil on the mixed burner suite, then finish batches in the convection oven for consistent roasting and baking. Battery spark ignition simplifies oven start-up, while standing pilots keep the tops ready for the rush. A cabinet base organizes pans and tools to keep the line moving.
Built for the line, stainless steel front and sides clean quickly and stand up to daily use, and 6-inch adjustable legs level the unit on uneven floors. The 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf provides convenient plating or pan storage, and (3) racks are included for immediate oven productivity. Qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ Program.
