The Eppicotispai garganelli stripper and gnocchi board is one utensil for both uses. Garganelli (garga-nay-lee) are a rare Italian homemade pasta. They require work, but this tool makes it easier. Take a 2-inch square rolled dough piece,roll from one corner to the opposite corner using the mini rolling pin, and give to the garganello two pointed edges.
Made in Italy of beechwood.
