Operators can guide crews with the 4.3″ easyTouch digital control featuring simple Press&Go, programmable recipe functions, timers, and Cook ‘n’ Hold. Dependent 60/40 doors with windows let staff monitor progress while minimizing door openings. From batch baking to finishing pans for banquets, the interface and visibility streamline workflow.
Built for daily service, the unit features a stainless steel front, sides, and top with a porcelain oven cavity. Six chrome-plated racks ride on 13-position guides within a 24″ cooking cavity height for flexible loading across both decks. 6-1/2″ legs add under-oven clearance in the cookline.
