Stage up to twelve 18″ x 26″ sheet pans or twelve 12″ x 20″ pans on adjustable tray slides set 4-1/2″ on center. Load from prep, then roll to the line on 5″ casters; the field-reversible door with a magnetic work flow handle improves movement through tight spaces. Recessed side grips, a removable water reservoir, and a built-in drip trough with a removable drain plug streamline transport and cleanup.
