Five Star PBW Liquid is a buffered alkaline detergent designed for effective cleaning without the harshness of caustic cleaners. Its unique blend of buffers and mild alkalis safely cleans stainless steel, aluminum, and plastics while being gentle on skin. Utilizing active oxygen, it efficiently breaks down carbon and protein soils and performs reliably even in hard water. Use 1-2 oz per gallon of water at 50-170°F for CIP or soaking, adjusting contact time based on temperature. Rinse with water at the cleaning temperature for 1-3 minutes and sanitize before use for optimal results.
