This Heavy-Duty Brass Swivel Union is a essential draught component for joining or extending 1/4″ gas and beverage lines. It features 1/4″ Female Flare (FFL) threads on both ends, allowing for a tool-free, high-pressure connection to 1/4″ Male Flare (MFL) fittings. Constructed from high-purity brass, it is engineered for long-term durability and resistance to corrosion in commercial and home draught systems. Ideal for creating modular manifold setups or joining two ball lock gas lines.
Technician’s Note: Flare-to-flare connections require a nylon flare washer (sold separately) to creates a 100% leak-proof, gas-tight seal. Hand-tighten both sides until snug, then use a wrench for a final 1/4 turn. Because it is a swivel union, you can tighten the connection without twisting your beverage or gas lines, preventing mechanical stress and potential leaks.
