This 3/8″ ID High-Temp PVC-Free Tubing is a specialized solution for “hot-side” fluid transfers in home and commercial breweries. Unlike standard vinyl, this tubing is engineered to withstand temperatures up to 180°F without leaching plasticizers or affecting the flavor profile of your wort. Constructed from a proprietary non-toxic polymer, it is 100% BPA-free and PVC-free, providing a safer and more flavor-neutral alternative for transferring strike water or wort during the mashing and sparging process.

Brewery Setup Tip: This tubing is more flexible than standard poly lines but holds its shape better at high temperatures. To ensure a 100% leak-proof seal on 3/8″ barbs, secure with stainless steel Oetiker or worm-gear clamps. While it is highly heat-resistant, it is not designed for pressurized boiling wort (212°F); for boiling transfers, we recommend reinforced silicone hosing.
