Description
The Advance Tabco HF-2G-LP gas two well hot food table features 3500 BTU’s per burner. Each burner has its individual control knob with three settings. The wells feature fiberglass insulation between each compartment. “The Proven” original Advance Tabco adjustable undershelf with die cast leg clamp is included with this hot food table. A stainless steel 8″ support shelf and removable 3/8″ thick poly cutting board are also included and they ship knocked down. These units are used to maintain the temperature of pre-cooked foods. These units are designed for dry operation. To keep food moist add a spillage pan with 1”-2” of water
