It has unique “serpentine shaped” heating elements that evenly distribute heat throughout the unit. Its steel “element support” stabilizes the heating elements and ensures heat is reflected back toward the food.
With a heavy-duty stainless steel construction, this Food Pan/Rethermalizer is made for longevity and durability. It is insulated to protect its interior parts and countertops from heat build-up. It includes knob guards and an interior stainless steel liner.
