Description

The Arctic Air ARCB36 refrigerated chef base offers an economical choice to make the most of the kitchen space you have. This chef base can hold a number of food pans in each drawer. The drawers are equipped with a stainless steel front that provides durability and ease of cleaning. The insulated stainless steel top protects the contents of the chef base from heat when equipment is placed on top of the unit. The marine edge helps to contain drips and spills to add to the ease of cleaning.

The ARCB36 features a self-contained capillary tube front breathing refrigeration system that holds the interior of the unit at food safe temperatures (33-41°F). An electronic thermostat is featured with this unit that comes with an external LED display that allows the temperature to be set with ease. A front accessible condensing unit makes this chef base easier to maintain the refrigeration system and properly operating for years.
