The Atosa ATHC-9ES is an insulated warming / holding cabinet designed to streamline service and protect food quality across the line. At 25 inches wide, it accommodates nine full-size 18 x 26 pans, giving chefs and operators compact capacity for batch prep and staging. A heating mode ranging from 84°F to 207°F supports a broad range of holding needs, while dial controls and an LED display make temperature adjustments quick and repeatable.
A tempered glass, field-reversible door allows fast visual checks and flexible placement as workflows evolve. Durable stainless steel interior and exterior surfaces stand up to daily use and simplify cleaning. Two swivel casters and two locking casters balance mobility and stability during transport or service. Powered by 1.9 kW on 120v/60/1-ph with a NEMA 5-20P, this CookRite warming / holding cabinet is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listed and ENERGY STAR certified for efficient performance in busy kitchens and facilities.
