The self-closing door comes standard with a lock for security. Inside the reach-in section are two epoxy-coated wire shelves to organize the contents. The stainless steel interior makes is certified for open food products and is easy to clean and maintain. In a busy kitchen, users will often need to access multiple items from a refrigerator. To simplify this the doors have a stay-open feature. When the doors are closed magnetic gaskets make sure the seals are always airtight. Items inside can be rapidly cooled with the unit’s forced-air refrigeration system
Cooling is provided by a side-mounted refrigeration system utilizing a ⅓ HP compressor that provides ⅓ BTU/hr of cooling. To best fit your establishment the refrigeration system can be ordered on either side. The internal temperature is kept from 36ºF to 38ºF with fully electronic controls. The refrigeration system features an epoxy-coated evaporator for durability and reliability. Eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant has a low impact on the environment and it meets all regulations while proving safe sustainable cooling. The non-electric defrost cycle is extremely convenient and reduces downtime.
An eight-foot power cable comes prewired from the factory with a NEMA 5-15P plug set for use with standard 115v/60/1-ph power at 3.1 amps.
