If your establishment needs to serve beer or other beverages from a portable platform the Beverage Air DD24HC-1-S Draft Beer Cooler is a great solution. With its 4” casters moving it to where it’s needed is as easy as can be. The interior has 7.66 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage for a single ½ keg.
The interior is accessed through a self-closing door with a lock for security. Magnetic door gaskets are included to make sure an airtight seal is maintained The walls and ceiling are made from galvanized steel to save on weight while the floor and door sill feature heavy-duty stainless steel construction to bear the weight of kegs. The top of the unit is made from heavy-duty stainless steel and features a drip tray to catch any spills. The drip tray drains through a drain tube at the bottom of the unit to empty into a floor drain. To keep the beer from foaming the 3” stainless steel dispensing tower is insulated.
Cooling is provided by a self-contained refrigeration system utilizing a ⅙ HP compressor that provides 1094 BTU/hr of cooling. The epoxy-coated evaporator in this unit makes sure efficient cooling is provided in a reliable manner for many years with minimal service. Fully electric controls will keep the temperature between 36ºF and 38ºF while consuming as little power as possible. The refrigeration system uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant that meets all environmental standards. The unit is kept free of frost by an automatic non-electric defrost function that keeps downtime to a minimum.
Power is provided to the unit with the 8′ power cord that comes prewired from the factory with a NEMA 5-15P plug set for use with a standard outlet with 115v/60/1-ph power at 2.0 amps.
