At 119 inches wide, this four-section counter provides a generous 19-inch cutting board and a stainless steel top with a refrigerated pan rail for fast, repeatable builds. Load the rail with five full-size and one 1/3-size pans to keep toppings within easy reach during peak service.
Keep bulk product organized below with two drawers, three doors, and six shelves across a 42.2 cu. ft. base. Chefs can stage dough, sauces, and backup pans so stations stay stocked for pizza, sandwiches, salads, or catering trays.
Built for daily production, the unit features a stainless steel front, sides, and top with a durable aluminum interior. A side-mounted, self-contained 1/2 HP system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to support performance while simplifying installation.
