The refrigerated undercounter drawers and reach-in sections offer 16.02 cu. ft. of easy-to-reach space.
The temperature inside the drawers is constantly maintained to be between 36º and 38ºF to maximize the shelf life of food. Stainless steel frames are used to support the telescoping drawer slides for effortless access to ingredients. The drawers feature slides with a locking mechanism to prevent them from being pulled out of the cabinet accidentally.
The reach-in cabinet has two epoxy-coated steel wire shelves to make the best use of the space and to organize items. The liner of the cabinet is made from corrosion-resistant aluminum that is easy to clean and maintain. The stainless steel doors lock in cold air with snap-in gaskets that are easy to remove for maintenance or cleaning. The interior of the refrigerator is subjected to enhanced airflow which keeps the temperature between 36º and 38ºF.
The worktop consists of a cutting board that runs the full width of the unit providing plenty of space to do prep work. The cutting board is easily removed for cleaning. The pans included with this refrigerated counter are made from durable, easy-to-clean white polyethylene plastic. The refrigerated pan storage does not run the whole width of the worktop providing some space for sauces, ingredients, or condiments that do not require refrigeration.
The bottom-mounted refrigeration system saves space and provides efficient cooling. The self-contained refrigeration system has a ⅓ HP compressor that provides 1549 BTU/hr of cooling with hydrocarbon-based R290 refrigerant which is compliant to all modern environmental codes. The refrigeration system features full electronic control to efficiently control the temperature and a condensate evaporator that eliminates the need for a floor drain.
This unit uses standard 115v/60/1-ph power and draws 5.4 amps at full load. They are shipped from the factory with an 8′ power cable with an integrated NEMA 5-15P plug.
