This Carter-Hoffmann BB1848 Space-Saver Convertible Carter Heated Banquet Cabinet is ideal for keeping pre-prepared plates warm. It has the capacity to hold up to forty-eight 11″ diameter plates, ten 18″ x 26″ trays, or twenty 12″ x 20″ pans. This Banquet Cabinet heats up to 200°F and can preheat at 160°F in approximately 25 minutes. With its innovative blower system, it ensures quick heat-up, recovery, and even heating throughout the entire cabinet. Its stainless steel construction with welded turned-in seams make it durable and eliminates raw edges for uncomplicated cleaning. Long lasting, its 5″ diameter casters have been designed to roll easily and handle maximum loads.
