This Carter-Hoffmann BB96X Mobile Classic Carter Heated Banquet Cabinet is ideal for keeping pre-prepared plates warm. It has the capacity to hold 96 plates in “P” carriers, 120 in “C” carriers, and 120 plates without carriers. This Banquet Cabinet heats up to 200°F and preheats in approximately 20 minutes at 160°F. With its innovative blower system, it ensures quick heat-up, recovery, and even heating throughout the entire cabinet. Its stainless steel construction with welded turned-in seams make it durable and eliminates raw edges for uncomplicated cleaning. Long lasting, its 6″ diameter casters have been designed to roll easily and handle maximum loads.
