This Carter-Hoffmann PH1800 Mobile Heated Cabinet is easy to use and keeps your food items warm and ready to serve. It holds up to twenty-nine 18″ x 26″ trays or pans and its dial-type thermometer makes it easy to set. It can cook in temperatures up to 200°F and can preheat at 160°F in approximately 25 minutes. This Heated Cabinet is maximized for heat retention through its 1″ thick high density continuous wrap-around fiberglass insulation and its stainless steel construction adds strength and durability.
