The Cleveland 24CSM convection steamer maximizes output in a compact 24-inch footprint. Two separate compartments each hold three 12 x 20 x 2.5 inch pans, allowing you to steam vegetables, proteins, and sides at the same time. Right-side controls paired with a left-hand hinged door support fast, ergonomic workflow on the line.
Manual controls feature a 60-minute mechanical timer and a manual bypass for continuous steaming, keeping production simple and dependable during rush periods. Instant steam mode helps you move from idle to cooking with minimal wait between batches. Stainless steel construction and an FSS stainless steel base frame stand up to daily commercial use.
A steam coil generator supplies the steam needed for batch production or à la carte service across both compartments. Use it to cook, reheat, or finish menu items with consistent results. The unit requires a 35 psi steam input.
