Uniquely designed, this Comstock Castle FK430 36″ Restaurant Gas Range can meet a variety of cooking needs. Having both an oven and cook top, you can cook your food items in a variety of ways. Its top range has “star” pattern burners, which evenly heat small or large pans. Being “star” patterned enables heat to reach all the different sections of a pan, not just its middle. The oven has long lasting, cast iron “H” pattern burners with special “V” shaped baffles to generate air circulation. Corrosion resistant stainless steel finish, oven porcelain and aluminized linings, and full width crumb tray enable this Restaurant Range to be easily cleaned.
