The Crown Steam EC-2 is a two-compartment pressure steamer engineered to streamline high-volume cooking with an electric heated boiler and a sturdy 36-inch cabinet base. Independent automatic timer controls let teams run different products side by side to keep service moving. Built for the rigors of daily service, the EC-2 features a 304 stainless steel interior and exterior that resists corrosion and wipes down quickly.
