The Delfield N8643P drop-in hot and cold food well equips serving lines and prep stations with flexible, on-demand holding. At 43-1/2″ and sized for three 12″ x 20″ pans, it lets you present entrees, sides, and salads with a clean, professional layout. Self-contained refrigeration provides integrated cooling when cold service is required.
Operators can switch modes and adjust temperatures from a remote control panel featuring a single temperature control and three-way toggle switch. An 8″ deep single tank with drain streamlines changeovers and cleaning between menus. A stainless steel top and well, paired with a galvanized steel exterior housing, withstand daily back-of-house demands.
Deploy it on a chef’s line for hot service or in a buffet for chilled items during peak periods. A 42-1/2″ x 25″ cutout supports straightforward drop-in planning. UL, cUL, and NSF listings align with common commercial kitchen specifications.
