A touchscreen with 8 program presets and a temperature probe lets teams execute repeatable recipes service after service.
Maximize space and flexibility using four pairs of tray slides that fit (4) 18″ x 26″ sheet pans or (8) 12″ x 20″ hotel pans. Slide spacing is 4-1/2″ on centers and adjusts in 1-1/2″ increments to accommodate varied menu items. The insulated, stainless steel cabinet with a flush-mounted door locks in heat and moisture for reliable holding.
