Deliver consistent, even heat with a top-mounted forced-air blower and an adjustable thermostat ranging from 90°F to 190°F. Configure the interior for changing menus using 19 sets of rails on 3″ spacing and four removable rod-type shelves. A removable humidity reservoir supports moisture management, while the insulated, gasket-sealed door with magnetic latch helps lock in temperatures.
