This US Range UTGG48-GT48M Countertop Griddle is ideal for cooking meats, sandwiches, breakfast foods, and vegetables. It is designed for heavy-duty use and has a stainless steel construction. The cooking surface is 47-1/4″ W x 23″ D, giving ample room to prepare a variety of items. There is a single burner with its own individual thermostatic control located every 12″ of griddle surface. It has a 1″ thick smooth steel griddle plate. This UTGG48-GT48M comes with a piezo pilot ignition system and a 3/4″ NPT gas regulator.
