Its six 30,000 BTU Starfire Pro open burners give you extra space to saute, fry, boil, cook or steam a variety of food products. It has a durable stainless steel construction with a stainless steel front, sides, back, legs, and crumb tray. The crumb tray has a large capacity, making the UTOG36-6 easier to clean. It has a split ergonomic grate design for easy handling and cleanup. The pilots are protected from spills, keeping the unit and operators safe. This Countertop Hotplate has individually adjustable valves for each burner.
