Created through Global Solutions by Nemco, the GS1010 is a multi-purpose oven. You can prepare garlic and cheese breads, egg rolls, bagels, and other non-greasy food items within minutes. It uses long-life calrod heating elements to warm the food and a mechanical timer helps staff keep track of the time items cook. It can bake an entire 12″ original crust pizza in just 8-12 minutes!
The GS1010 has a removable clean-out tray for easy cleaning and a flip-up handle for easier storage.
