This open-front display case lets you load up to 80 Portion Pak containers inside so your customers can pick up cheese on their way out without using a messy pump or ladle dispenser. It also features a high-limit thermostat that heats the display case in just 50 minutes, and it automatically switches over to holding temperatures after warming up. The Gold Medal 5583 mini cheese display case is UL and NSF Listed and requires a 120V electrical connection.
